Brief functionality of transport monitoring and management system

The system performs acquisition and analysis of the data collected and allows to:

  • Monitor the objects location in a real time mode and view their movements’ history;
  • Monitor fuel, temperature and other vehicle parameters through the mounted sensors;
  • Generate and download reports (i.e., about the accidents) in XML, CSV, XLS, PDF formats;
  • Analyse and evaluate driving styles in general and in comparison with other drivers to create a motivation system;
  • Arrange the demand in vehicles and automatically perform their allocation, i.e., among the routes;
  • Carry out the search of the car in case of a theft and transfer data to the quick response structures.
Operating principle of transport monitoring and management system
  • The vehicles are fitted with the equipment tracking their location through the signals by satellite navigation systems and recording the driving parameters.
  • The data is transmitted to the system's telematics platform through the mobile networks and processed by special algorithms.
  • The transmitted information can be seen by the dispatcher through a dedicated web interface, where he/she can set up receipt of notification via e-mail, generate and download the reports in different formats. The system access level can be adjusted subject to the area of responsibility and obligations. The system can be integrated with different systems (1C, SAP, and others.).
