Brief functionality of "Smart home" system
The system performs data acquisition and analysis and allows to:
Record any illegal infiltration into the flat, send an alarm signal to the police or a private security company (if the relevant service is activated);
Receive instant notifications when smoke, water leakage detectors, etc. are triggered;
Remotely control the electrical goods and electrical power consumption, lighting, room temperature;
Create scripts for the system operation under certain sensors reading (for example, video sending when motion is detected);
Allow flat/house CCTV monitoring in a real time mode, etc.
Operating principle of "Smart home" system
You provide the customer with a service package, which includes the hardware (controller, sensors) and a monthly service.
The customer may purchase additional sensors and devices at its discretion.
The controller gathers data from sensors and devices and transmits them to the telematics platform.
The telematics platform processes the data.
The customer performs flat monitoring and has the possibility to get notifications through a mobile application or a dedicated web-interface.
The customer can operate different devices both in an automatic mode by creating scripts (for example, to switch the conditioner on when the temperature is above +23°C) and in a manual mode.
The data on the commands are sent through the platform to the controller, which activates sensors and devices.
The customer can connect at its discretion to the service and manage the service package.
